Students Review

Sharjeel Kharal LLM

International School of Business and Law has made it convenient for me to pursue an international degree of LLB University of London External System. I was introduced to Mr. Iqbal Shafiq, the principal, by one of my colleagues who graduated from here and is now a barrister. It may also be added here that ISOBAL has made a contribution to higher education in Karachi and Sindh. The seminars in academic related fields are well attended by senior academics and consul generals in Karachi. I myself gave a presentation in the college on "Human Rights in the Province of Sindh", which was greatly appreciated. I wish Mr. Iqbal Shafiq and his team success in continuing the work they are doing at ISOBAL.

I have studied at ISOBAL for the degree B.SC (Management with Law). Having completed my three years of undergraduate studies at ISOBAL , due to unavoidable circumstances I could not sit for the final exams. It may also be added here that my registration with Univeristy of London International Programmes goes back a few years. During this time I have been working as a graduate assistant at ISOBAl. I would like to acknowledge with sincerity that the guidance given by Mr. Iqbal Shafiq was quite encouraging. Among the teachers Dr. Qasim Ishaque was an excellent teacher and Ms. Marium Khan was quite dedicated.

Faculty's Review

Barrister Irshad Abdul Qadir

I have known Mr. Iqbal Shafiq for several years and am acquainted with ISOBAL. My association with the school dates back to 1998 when I delivered a course of lectures on the English Legal System as a unit of the University of London LLB Degree Programme. Following completion of the 3 year LLB degree course, some of the ISBL students who had been under my tutelage, were called to the English Bar, and since then have settled well in legal practice. The ISOBAL continues to teach University of London graduate courses and I wish it success in it?s ongoing programmes. Given the opportunity, I will revive my teaching association with ISOBAL.

Dr. Qasim Ishaque

This is to acknowledge that it has been a gratifying experience teaching to the undergraduate students of LLB of the University of London International Programmes. As you are aware from the results, my contribution to the teaching profession in Karachi has been appreciated by the students. I am satisfied that the work for my Phd in USA proved to be useful. The encouragment given by Mr. Iqbal Shafiq, the founder of the College, has been a source of inspiration. I am looking forward to teaching for the undergraduate programme of Sociology with Law at ISOBAL.
